At a high level these duties will include Platform configuration and maintenance, Campaign Management, Data Management and Integration, Analytics and Reporting and Training and Support. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Configure and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to meet the organization’s marketing needs. Create and manage user accounts, roles, and permissions within the platform. Monitor and maintain data integrity and quality within the platform, ensuring accurate segmentation and personalization.
