Job Description
PGIM Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to support our Debt Salesforce instance. This is a contractor-to-permanent opportunity for someone who excels at building dashboards, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain Salesforce dashboards for business stakeholders
• Ensure data integrity through audits and de-duplication
• Provide user support and troubleshoot issues
• Manage user accounts, profiles, and permissions
• Analyze business processes and propose Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with system and business teams to resolve issues
• Assist with reporting and process documentation
• Support user training and conduct sessions
• Stay current on Salesforce features and recommend improvements

Skills and Requirements
• 2–3 years of experience in Salesforce operational support
• Salesforce Platform Administrator certification
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing CRM customer accounts in Salesforce
• Ability to automate processes (Flow, Process Builder, Workflow Rules) to improve user experience
• Intermediate Excel skills (Vlookup, Trim, Index/Match) • Experience in financial services or real estate
• Comfortable working in large, matrixed environments
• Basic SQL knowledge
• Proven ability to foster strong cross-team relationships
