Job Description Serve on a team as one of the primary system administrators for the Salesforce.com environment. Design and implement complex business process logic and automation leveraging flow and Salesforce Platform Capabilities. Partner with Security and Engineers team members to complete regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades. Partner with Managed Package providers to know when to change their supplied capabilities. Coordinate with Product Managers, Business Analysts and Engineerss to design the best solution following the Salesforce Declarative Mindset. Partner with Product Management teams to help define our Product Roadmap of with Salesforce capabilities in mind. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Admin. Salesforce Certified: Admin, Platform App Builder preferred Previous experience working in a Scrum or Agile environment. Expertise in building custom applications in an enterprise environment. Experience integrating Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud. Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption. Excellent communication, verbal and written. Staffing or healthcare industry experience. Experience implementing Bullhorn for Salesforce "Recruitment Cloud." Boomi experience managing and extending integrations within Salesforce for Bullhorn.
