The Coplogic Inside Sales Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and optimizing sales training programs that empower our inside sales representatives and other parties to effectively position Coplogic solutions to Police Agencies in the USA. Lead training initiatives from needs assessment through delivery and evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals and sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep expertise in sales training, instructional design, and performance coaching.
Accountabilities
Training Development & Delivery:Plan, develop, and conduct engaging training sessions focused on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement strategies tailored to Coplogic solutions.Training Needs Assessment & Program Design:
Conduct training needs assessments and analyze performance data to identify skill gaps. Translate findings into targeted learning programs and new training initiatives.Training Content Creation:
Design and maintain high-quality training materials including presentations, manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids that support a blended learning approach.Program Evaluation & Enhancement:
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics and feedback. Implement enhancements to improve learning outcomes and sales impact.Mentoring & Support:
Serve as a resource and mentor to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with sales leadership, operations, and product teams to ensure training content is aligned with current strategies, campaigns, and product updates.Process Improvement:
Apply best practices and insights from internal and external sources to enhance training delivery, content quality, and overall sales enablement processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any field and/or years of equivalent experience.Deep expertise in sales skills, strategies, and tactics.Proven ability to deliver engaging virtual and in-person classroom training experiences.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and within a matrixed organization to achieve shared goals.Experience leading and managing multiple training projects with competing priorities, involving stakeholders across various levels and business segments.Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and bring clarity to complex situations.Proven track record of contributing to and leading cross-functional projects, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and a commitment to continuous improvement.We are committed to providing a fair and accessible hiring process.
