We Love Who We Serve. SUMMARY: Under managerial direction, conduct training for Firm personnel. Collaborate with leadership to identify, execute, and adopt best training practices and implement strategic training initiatives and process improvements designed to achieve Firm business goals and objectives. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the development of training programs. Develop and conduct training to assigned personnel and departments to enhance individual and team performance, capabilities and effectiveness. Provide desk-side training and one-on-one tutoring/shadowing to associates when applicable to ensure consistent and uniform delivery of service. Assist in developing, monitoring, and providing the quality assurance oversight of training programs. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None required.
