Key Responsibilities:

Sales

Cold Calling and Identifying Prospects Execution of the sales process and winning business by attending set sales meetings Proposal Writing Following up on all quotes Achievement of Sales Budgets Contribution to Sales Budgets and Forecasting Attending Strategic Sales Meetings

Reporting

Continual update of customer contacts in CRM system Continual update on the state of your sales pipeline Contributing to budgets and forecasts

Sales Activities

The sales activity requires the salesperson to attend to leads and convert them into sales following a prescribed sales process Finding opportunities will require cold calling. The sales process includes probing the customer’s requirements, building the value of the product by delivery of the benefits associated with the advantages of the product, providing a road map to commercial arrangements, overview of the project roll out, handling any objections, closing the sale and transitioning the sale to production · All activities from cold calling, appointments, proposals to when signed deals are recorded in SharePoint/CRM systems. The CRM system is also to be used to store all communication with any prospects. From the data collected a sales pipeline, which represents your opportunities, is created and is the yardstick by which we measure sales activities. The pipeline will show that you consistently create new opportunities by cold calling new organisations whilst at the same time opportunities leave the pipeline as concluded deals or lost business. As this is a face-to-face sales position travel is essential and all sales trips, meetings and reminders are generated from within the CRM system.

Ensure KPI’s and Performance Objectives are met or exceeded. Provide ongoing support and training for other employees as required. To embrace the company’s Customer Values and Rules of the Game and contribute towards the company achieving its vision. Ensure performance and actions are in support of the company’s ISO 9001 Quality accreditation and culture of continuous improvement. To perform other duties and tasks as required by Manager or senior management
