Sales Team Leader- Bosch Home Comfort Group

Job Description

Bosch Home Comfort Group is a leading European provider of smart, sustainable, and energy-efficient heating, cooling, and comfort solutions. In 2024, the group achieved sales of €5 billion, invested €256 million in R&D, and employed approximately 14,600 people.

Key Responsibilities

Manage sales through existing channels and expand market presenceLead and develop the team, fostering motivation and performanceCreate a culture of initiative, process optimization, and continuous improvementAnalyze team capacity and prioritize activities based on business needsAssess competencies, plan training, and support employee development.Recruit, onboard, and integrate new team membersManage key accounts and identify new business opportunities.Support strategic planning and execution in collaboration with the Country Sales DirectorMonitor and manage key performance indicators (KPIs)Provide regular reporting to senior management.Lead by example – build trust, engagement, and high team effectivenessMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction and results orientation

QualificationsUniversity degree in engineering or technical field5+ years of experience in the HVAC sector, direct sales, and team managementStrong knowledge of HVAC products and marketExcellent organizational and communication skillsStrategic thinking, analytical mindset, and decision-making abilityEnglish language proficiency – minimum B2 levelValid driver’s license
