Sales Team Leader (B2B)

Our client is one of the largest European manufacturer of fire detection systems. They are growing the Hungarian team with a new Sales Team Leder tto develop business throughout the country.

Responsibilities: Developing, planning and implementing strategies that align with business goals to promote growth Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key stakeholders (Designers, Integrators, Installers, General Contractors, Investors) Acting to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing) Analysing the construction investment market and identifying business opportunities Achieving sales and marketing targets Managing and supporting a team of sales and engineers in achieving commercial goals Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and preparing reports for General Manager Requirements: Experience in construction industry in B2B relations is essential. Experience in fire detection systems or other low voltage building installations would be a significant advantage Profound understanding of how construction business operates Strong pro-sales attitude and focus on contact with decision-makers at every stage of the project Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset Excellent interpersonal competences, and negotiation skills Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree Advanced command in English, native Hungarian Good command in Excel Valid driving licence
