Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Matchmaking
+ Source, interview, and match candidates with great companies
+ Build pipelines of administrative, finance, and professional talent
+ Understand career goals and skill sets to make lasting placements
Client Relationship Management
+ Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients
+ Learn each client’s business, team culture, and hiring needs
+ Deliver excellent service and create long-term client satisfaction
Business Development
+ Identify new business opportunities within the local market
+ Attend networking events, follow up on leads, and partner with your team to grow your book of business
+ Support proposal and pitch development to help win new clients
Market Expertise & Operations
+ Track your candidate activity, placements, and performance using our internal systems
+ Stay current on industry hiring trends and compensation benchmarks
+ Collaborate on compliance, marketing, and onboarding support
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
+ Excellent communicator — confident, engaging, and persuasive
+ Competitive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for people
+ Strong multitasking and organizational abilities
+ Driven, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
+ Experience in sales, retail, customer service, or campus leadership is a plus
