Sales Systems Projects Manager

You will implement the operational capabilities of the business and support the operational elements for the market. You will coordinate route planning, system capabilities and tools management for the sales team.

How you will contribute

You will: 

Lead/coordinate projects related to sales systems and sales business processesSupervise sales analyst team to ensure completeness of all goals/tasks/projects in quickly changing environmentDevelop complex BI reporting solutions using BI tools - MS SQL Stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS) in line with FMCG business needsImprove local sales systems and tools (MS Excel VBA, MS Access VBA) to drive business effectives and process management decomplexityManage and supervise administration of SQL server and SQL Data WarehouseMaintain and manage data flow processes between systems and reporting solutionsProvide end users with high quality support incl. trainings connected to reporting solutions and sales systemsSupport implementation of all global initiatives concerning sales systems and toolsCooperate closely with 3rd party service providers on business issues and systems developmentSupport sales management in all sales-related data/analysis and business decisions processesSearch for new BI solutions opportunities to ensure Sales organization growth

Broad understanding of BI - from data capture to information deliveryVery good knowledge and usage experience of MS BI tools (MS SQL Server: SSAS, SSIS, SSRS)Very good knowledge of MS Office - Excel (including VBA), Access (including VBA)Experience in designing reporting solutions in Power BiTeam management and projects coordination proven work experienceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsHigh organizational skills and a proactive approach to dutiesData driven mindset and attention to detail.Strong problem-solving abilitiesTeam player, open-mindedAbility to work under time pressure and deal with complexityProven work experience 3-5 years in analysis department, system solutions implementations or similar positionsUniversity degree preferable: Computer Science, Econometrics or similarFluent Polish and very good EnglishKnowledge of FMCG market and sales business processes would be an advantage
