We are currently seeking a Sales Systems Administrator to support the Sales team at Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas. This role is essential to the department's success, ensuring that our sales systems, financial processes, and internal reporting remain accurate, organized, and efficient. Position Overview The Sales Systems Administrator is responsible for maintaining sales files and systems, communicating with internal departments and external clients, and providing direct administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers. This role plays a key part in processing commissions, preparing and managing group sales contracts, overseeing sales expense reports, supporting month-end closing, and ensuring our internal sales systems reflect accurate and up-to-date information. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, analytically minded, and confident in both written and verbal communication. Strong time management skills and the ability to handle confidential financial and associate information with discretion are essential. Pay Rate The hourly pay range for this position is $21.00 to $24.00. Individual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, education, and overall qualifications. Key Responsibilities • Maintain and update sales systems, including Envision Sales System, ensuring all sales-related data is accurate and organized • Process group sales contracts, rebates, loyalty bonus points, and third-party commissions in a timely manner • Manage Sales expense reports and track departmental expenditures • Generate and distribute sales reports, assisting with data analysis and performance tracking • Support month-end closing processes and maintain system integrity • Serve as a communication liaison between the Sales team, other departments, and clients • Provide daily administrative support to the Director of Sales and Sales Managers, including building sales proposals, interacting with clients, coordinating site visits, preparing contracts, and supporting other Sales Administrators as needed • Ensure compliance and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and associate information Benefits Hyatt offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth.
