We’re seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Customer Experience Team. This role is critical to ensuring smooth sales operations and providing exceptional support to our sales managers, customers, and vendors. This is not a commission-based sales role—instead, it focuses on operational excellence, accuracy, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with Sales Managers and Channel Managers to support daily telecom sales activities.
Prepare and review quotes, track opportunities and orders, and maintain accurate records.
Serve as the main point of contact for customers, vendors, and internal teams (provisioning, billing, support).
Interface with telecom carriers and vendors to check availability, track orders, and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot order delays or provisioning bottlenecks using critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Maintain clear and timely communication across all stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines efficiently.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
Must have experience with telecom carriers and familiarity with vendor operations.
Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate corporate challenges.
Comfortable managing multiple accounts, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously.
Must have experience with quoting and creating quotes
