Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Swedish / Nordics Sales Support Specialist to join our Commercial Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our commercial teams across the entire opportunity lifecycle, driving revenue generation by ensuring deal accuracy, and translating complex data into actionable insights. Our team is a highly collaborative and analytical group of professionals focused on operational excellence and acting as a trusted partner to internal stakeholders worldwide.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities
In this role, you will: 

Lead the development and management of complex pricing models, quotes, and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness for revenue generation.Collaborate with sales, finance, and account management teams to streamline deal desk operations, resolve bottlenecks, and support global process training initiatives.Ensure compliance with organizational standards by developing reports and metrics dashboards that consolidate sales and pricing data into actionable business insights.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have: 

Several years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, deal desk, or global bid management, preferably within a multinational organization.Strong knowledge of commercial acumen and hands-on pricing experience, with expertise in driving operational excellence through governance and workflow management.Proven ability in advanced data analysis using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets and effective pipeline management within a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system like Salesforce.Business proficiency in English and Swedish (or another Nordic language) to effectively support the regional commercial teams.
