Key Responsibilities: The Sales Support Specialist role is critical for ensuring seamless client engagement and satisfaction. You will be tasked with: + Customer Account Management: Serve as the ongoing liaison for a managed customer base, ranging from small businesses with 10 employees to larger organizations with up to 500 employees. + Service Coordination: Deliver proactive IT solutions and ongoing management to customers within the managed services practice. Managing documents from SOWs, MSP Agreements, and Change Orders. + Customer Onboarding: Lead and coordinate onboarding processes for new clients and ensure a smooth experience. + Project Management: Oversee client-contracted project work, including developing project timelines, providing regular status updates, coordinating cross-departmental resources, and delivering high-quality client-facing solutions. Required Experience: We’re looking for candidates with: + Sales Support Experience: Previous experience in sales support from a transferable industry, ideally in the technology space. + Organizational Skills: Excellent multi-tasking abilities and attention to detail to manage accounts and projects efficiently.
