Job Description 

 

Reporting to the Manager, Sales Planning and Compensation Analytics, the Sales Support Specialist role will be responsible for managing the Agent and Broker Life Cycle by ensuring accurate employee setup, and overseeing the timely execution of monthly plans. In addition, the position will provide valuable insights into channel performance, delivering key sales data and conducting analysis on compensation trends for both Sales and Broker Channels. 

 

Accountabilities: 

Support Agent and Broker set-up for 600+ Agents and Agency Managers across AMF, FSCD, and HAT systems. 

Develop forecasts and analytical models (sales, headcount, vacation relief, business results, expenses, KPIs) to inform planning and performance management. 

Partner cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, HR, Finance, Distribution, Product, Pricing, Underwriting, and Marketing to optimize Sales channel performance. 

Contribute to sales compensation design, performance measurement frameworks, and rewards and recognition initiatives. 

Analyze and audit complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, risks, and process improvement opportunities; collaborate with stakeholders to recommend and implement solutions. 

Design, enhance, and monitor KPIs to drive targeted action and improved business outcomes. 

Communicate progress, performance insights, risks, and opportunity areas to leadership and key stakeholders. 

Support the development and maintenance of team SOPs, policies, and operational best practices. 

 

Qualifications: 

Demonstrated Strong level of MS Office  

Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends and risks, and translate insights into actionable business recommendations. 

Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy, with the ability to communicate key insights clearly and concisely to diverse audiences, including Director-level stakeholders. 

Ability to work independently with minimal day-to-day supervision and as a member of the team.  

Highly self-motivated professional with strong prioritization skills, able to effectively manage competing tasks and deadlines.

Compensation

Expected compensation for this role ranges from $ 58,000.00 - 89,350.00 annually.  Actual salary offered to successful candidates will vary based on their skills and experience.
