Sales Support Specialist
Job Description Insight Global is searching for a Sales Support specialist for one of their large telecom customers. This specialist will be responsible for converting customer requirements into standardized order formats, validating essential data, and ensuring timely submission. Duties include checking service availability, compiling pricing and quotes, supporting Sales with administrative tasks, tracking order status, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve data gaps and issues. This position is 2-3 days onsite in Chantilly, VA Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM EST. Skills and Requirements Experience working in the telecom industry in a sales support function Experience using MS Excel for pivot tables and v-look ups Experience using MS Outlook Excellent communication skills Bachelor's Degree Comfortable working onsite 2-3 days/week Comfortable obtaining a Public Trust Clearance
