Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Description

The Sales Support Specialist will engage in a dynamic role, splitting their time between phone interactions and working on design and bids for various properties, especially during the heating season. When faced with unsolvable issues, they will collaborate with manufacturing firms to arrange for expert assistance. This role involves writing orders for customers and making outbound calls for design discussions. The specialist will work closely with a variety of manufacturing firms to resolve HVAC-related issues at each location.

Responsibilities

Engage in phone communication and design work for property bids.Collaborate with manufacturing firms to resolve complex HVAC issues.Write and process orders for customers efficiently.Make outbound calls to discuss and finalize design specifications.Work with a range of manufacturing firms to address HVAC challenges.

Essential Skills

Proficiency in customer service and data entry.Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.Strong customer support or customer skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in plumbing, HVAC, hydronics, or experience in hardware stores like Menards, Ace Hardware, or Home Depot is beneficial.Openness to learning and developing technical aptitude.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
