It’s rewarding to work, with an inspiring team, where every contribution matters. **_Caterpillar’s Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Sales Support Specialist to support dealer Core Return Processes._** This position will provide support and training to our dealer network and internal users in the areas of remanufactured core returns, core inspection, crediting, process improvement, and logistics. **Additional Info** : + This position will work out of one of the following Remanufacturing facilities: Nuevo Laredo, M, Corinth, MS, or Dallas, TX, + Bilingual in English & Spanish is a requirement for this position. + Some travel required (less than 15% of working time). **What You Will Do:** + **Global Support** : Provide support to dealers and internal users primarily in South America and Mexico with backup support to dealers in any geographic region in the world. + **Dealer Relations** : Manage dealer relations and influence changes affecting dealer working capital and Reman parts operations. + **Decision Making** : Make decisions on dealer inquiries impacting core deposit refunds. + **Core Acceptance** : Interpret Core Acceptance Criteria for Reman exchange and direct purchase parts. + **System Support** : Support the use of Reman’s Core Management Information System (CMIS 2); maintain dealer customer profiles, process discrepancies, data analysis, and execute policy adjustments. + **Training** : Train dealers and internal users on CMIS 2 application, core return processes and policies. + **Credit Discrepancies** : Resolve customer credit discrepancies and provide final decisions on contested issues. + **Administrative Support** : Support internal core inspection operations.
