Job Summary:
Caterpillar’s Retail Electric Power Solutions team has an exciting opportunity as a Sales Support Specialist. This role supports day-to-day sales activities by providing information and assistance to customers, dealers, and internal organizations.
What you will do:
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, customers, and internal partners to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales growth goals.
Develop and grow sales through cooperative purchasing contracts. Manage existing contracts, vendor relationships, and sales reporting.
Manage internal inventory stocking plan, configurations, and inventory turns.
Develop and lead team sales & operations planning processes.
Plan and execute training events, webinars, and dealer events.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills, able to present and communicate to a variety of audiences.
Able to prioritize tasks, manage competing deadlines, and ensure on-time project delivery.
Able to influence decision-making through data-driven insights.
Able to develop and execute project plans that align with short-term and long-term business goals.
Proficiency in O365 software. Experience with Power BI and Salesforce.com desired.
Degree in marketing, sales, business, engineering, or equivalent experience desired.

Additional Information:
This position is located in Dallas, TX.
Domestic travel up to 25% & minimal international travel is required.

Summary Pay Range:
$87,480.00 - $131,280.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
