Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Bilingual Sales and Order Admin to join the team. In this role, you will provide exceptional on-site customer support, assist customers with product inquiries and orders, and help drive sales by delivering a positive and engaging customer experience. The ideal candidate is personable, knowledgeable, and motivated to build strong customer relationships while representing our brand.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and assist them in identifying their needs.Provide knowledgeable information about products and services to help customers make informed decisions.Actively promote and sell products on-site, ensuring that sales targets are met or exceeded.Utilize effective sales techniques to drive revenue.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase features and benefits, addressing any questions or concerns from customers.Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.Assist in maintaining the presentation of merchandise, ensuring that products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.Keep accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.Prepare reports on sales performance as required.Work closely with other team members to ensure a cohesive approach to customer service and sales strategies.APPLY NOW!!!
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
