Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Representative to provide entry to mid-level Federal contract administrative support. This role assists the Federal Program Manager in ensuring compliance and minimizing risk across multiple contracts.

ResponsibilitiesFamiliarize yourself with Federal organizations and agencies.Add products to various contracts for government agencies.Respond promptly to email requests from internal and external customers.Deliver accurate and complete contract deliverables on time.Monitor contract email boxes for product additions, deletions, or price changes.Manage and maintain contract routers, releasing or rejecting orders as instructed.Identify issues or concerns requiring escalation or resolution.Understand Government Procurement forms and processes, such as Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.Collect data for reporting purposes.Forward opportunities to the Sales Team.Research and qualify IT products for contract addition.Provide backup support to team members.Ensure product compliance with federal contracts.Assist in uploading documents and data into a new database.Maintain databases and spreadsheets.Perform various administrative and clerical duties.Essential SkillsBachelor's Degree or five years of office experience.Three years of contracts experience.Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, Word, and Access.Additional Skills & QualificationsAwareness of issues requiring escalation or resolution.Knowledge of Government Procurement forms and processes.Experience with Vlookups, pivot tables, and advanced functions.MS Access and MS Teams experience.College education.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Effective negotiation and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.Strong organizational skills.Ability to learn new systems quickly.Self-starter and organized.Work Environment

The position is 100% remote, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern Standard Time zone. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. Training will be provided by the current Contract Administrator. You will manage requests from inside sales managers, enter data into spreadsheets and applications, and update databases for account managers.

This is a Contract position based out of Lincolnshire, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
