Job Title: Sales Support Representative
Job Description

This role involves supporting the Area Sales Manager by preparing and managing quotes, as well as communicating directly with customers regarding order status and general sales administration of spare parts and repairs.

ResponsibilitiesPrepare and manage sales quotes.Communicate directly with customers about order status.Perform general administration of sales for spare parts and repairs.Collaborate with the Area Sales Manager to support sales efforts.Operate as a valuable member of the business development team, prioritizing customer service through timely and accurate responses.Essential SkillsProficient in Microsoft Office products.Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking to resolve and identify issues.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious experience in sales support, customer service, or an administrative role within a sales environment is a significant asset.Work Environment

This is a five days/week onsite role, working closely with a newly promoted hiring manager. The role will evolve beyond basic order entry and quoting as the business grows. The position requires high attention to detail and adaptability due to potential changes from an acquisition by an industry leader. You will need to excel in change management while maintaining a strong focus on customer service.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Charlotte, North Carolina.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr.
