Key Responsibility:

Check the receiving order.Creating Sale Order (Lubricant, White Products, Jet A-1).COCOs cash sales NW 12 stations for fuel, Lube and Car care 13 stations .Credit Sales.Sending blocked SOs for release as per credit risk management policy.Payment collection coordinating with TMs/sale team.Consolidate the month-end closing process, ensuring all SAP and other closing tasks are properly conducted by the SD team. Perform other tasks as an SD key user in SAP.Other administration tasks include managing and arranging customer service documents.

Accountability:

To share best practices and lessons learned from previous experiences amongst the team.To organize and control ordering, payment collection coordination with the involve teams to achieve objectives.Customer satisfaction and Operational Excellence.To assist on looking for improvements in the department, thinking outside the box and being creative/innovative.Close the gap/finding points by auditors. Candidate Profile At least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in business management, and finance and accounting with 1 years of experience in logistic operations.Good command of the English language, both oral & writing. Basic understanding of the logistics chain & SAP and MS-Office Excel proficiency.Willing to work on extended time, holidays and variable working hours.High regard for integrity: zero tolerance for any form of corruption.Being able to work under pressure and be agile in problem solving.  Additional Information TotalEnergies values diversity, promotes individual growth and offers equal opportunity careers.
