We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to provide administrative, operational, and coordination support to the Relationship Manager. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth client servicing, accurate documentation handling, and efficient communication across internal departments.
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate a keen interest in developing a career within trade finance and client relationship management. Fluency in both Arabic and French is mandatory to effectively support regional and international client interactions.
Key Responsibilities Client Coordination & Lead Support Assist the Relationship Manager in handling client inquiries, scheduling meetings, and conducting timely follow-ups. Support relationship-building activities with existing and prospective clients. Documentation & Compliance Support Prepare, review, and maintain onboarding documentation, KYC records, compliance documents, and trade finance-related paperwork. Ensure all client files and records are accurately organized and updated. Sales Pipeline & CRM Management Maintain accurate CRM records, sales trackers, and client status updates. Monitor pipeline activities and assist in ensuring timely follow-ups. Internal Coordination Liaise with internal departments including Operations, Compliance, and Finance to facilitate smooth deal execution and client servicing. Reporting & Administrative Support Assist in preparing weekly sales reports, client summaries, presentations, and performance updates. Organize documentation, maintain filing systems, and support daily sales administration activities. Market & Client Research Conduct basic research on potential clients, market sectors, trade opportunities, and industry trends. Follow-Up Management Ensure timely collection of required documents, approvals, signatures, and client information to support operational efficiency. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and French (both spoken and written) is mandatory. 2-4 years of experience in sales support, administration, customer service, or a related function. Basic understanding of trade finance products such as Letters of Credit (LCs), guarantees, import-export processes, social media marketing, and contractor networks will be considered an advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
