Job Title: Sales Support & Compliance Administrator
Location: Redditch
Salary: £26,000 – £30,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
A dynamic organisation based in Redditch is seeking a Sales Support & Compliance Administrator to join their team within the quickly growing IT industry. This is an exciting opportunity to support multiple departments including sales, engineering, accounts, and compliance, playing a key role in ensuring smooth operations and high standards across the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming calls, emails, and enquiries in a professional and timely mannerSchedule and coordinate meetings and maintain accurate client recordsSupport the engineering team with plans, documentation, and operations manualsAssist in preparing and delivering compliance documentation, including ISO-related assessmentsCollaborate with sales and engineering teams to ensure seamless job deliveryUndertake purchasing tasks on behalf of sales and engineering departmentsSupport marketing initiatives, including seasonal campaigns and brand awareness activitiesProvide administrative assistance to the Accounts team as requiredRequirements:
