Job Title: Sales Support Associate Location: Saxonburg, PA Type: Direct Hire Compensation: $52000 annually Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 1st Shift Objective Process customer orders, manage customer inquiries, and support sales operations within a manufacturing environment using ERP systems. Responsibilities + Process customer purchase orders and enter data into ERP system + Handle customer billing and service issues + Generate and distribute open order reports, delivery reports, and end-of-month quotation figures + Field expediting and service inquiries from customers + Follow up on customer quotations and document feedback in ERP system + Complete NPD metric results compilation and documentation peer reviews + Identify customer prospects based on established criteria + Support sales team operations and assist with marketing efforts Requirements + Associates degree or equivalent work experience + 3-5 years sales or customer service experience in manufacturing environment + Ability to interpret manufacturing drawings and bills of material + Experience using ERP systems + Proficiency with MS Office Suite and database applications + Ability to work in manufacturing shop environment (hot, cold, noisy areas) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
