Job Title: Sales Support AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Support Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales and operations teams by managing customer tasks and orders. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working closely with the operations team to understand our products and effectively communicate with customers, primarily through email and occasionally over the phone.

ResponsibilitiesSupport sales and operations teams with customer tasks and orders.Collaborate with the operations team to gain a thorough understanding of the products.Communicate with customers on a weekly basis, primarily via email.Handle 5 to 15 phone calls daily, focusing mainly on forwarding and administrative tasks.
Essential Skills3 years of sales support or customer service experience.Proficiency in data entry and order entry.Strong customer service skills.Experience with ERP systems.
Additional Skills & QualificationsAdministrative experience is beneficial.Comfortable working with sales and operations teams.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00/hr.
