As a Sales Support Analyst within the Client Service Delivery team at JPMorganChase and InstaMed, you will play a crucial role in assisting the sales team to meet revenue goals by ensuring a smooth client onboarding process. You will balance client needs with firm policies, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and clear communication to provide an outstanding customer experience.
Job responsibilities
Support Sales and Account Management teams in achieving annual revenue targets.Develop a thorough understanding of InstaMed solutions, products, and processes.Collaborate with internal and customer stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to complete enrollment materials.Review, submit, and initiate contracts for underwriting and implementation.Manage maintenance tasks for incoming account requests.Resolve customer escalations and provide timely updates to stakeholders.Maintain accurate documentation of all relevant activities.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
Experience in healthcare technology.Proficiency with Salesforce.Bachelor’s degree or higher.
