About the Role

We are seeking a Commercial Data Analyst to join the Business Effectiveness team. In this role, you will provide analytical support for two strategic projects: the Wholesaler Data Integration Project and the Outlet Segmentation Project.

Working closely with the Project Manager, Data Lead, and external vendors, you will help ensure that data is extracted, validated, and prepared in a timely and accurate way. You will support the delivery of high-quality reporting to commercial teams while also helping to identify and resolve data issues as they arise.

This position is suited for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working with data, and eager to build experience in reporting, analysis, and project support.

What you will do

Extract, prepare, and share data (primarily from Salesforce) with internal teams and external partners to ensure project dashboards remain up to date.

Validate and review data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency, flagging any issues to the Project Manager, Data Lead, or Product Owner.

Support the Project Manager with analysis of sales and outlet-level data to provide insight into trends and segmentation.

Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Participate in project meetings, track action items, and support testing or validation of new data processes.

Maintain documentation of data sources, reporting steps, and process updates.

About You

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.

Proficient in Excel; familiarity with Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.

Comfortable handling data from Salesforce or similar CRM systems.

Strong communication skills, able to work with both technical and commercial colleagues.

Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
