**Sales Support Analyst** **Summary of the Position:** As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be providing support to the Sales Organization and Aligned Dealer network. In the form of first line support – resolving queries, disputes, delivering reporting and operational items as required by the ANZ sales organization and Aligned Dealer network. **Job Responsibilities:** **_Internal Sales Support_** + You will be responsible for timely publishing of critical business sales reports required for key decision making and information for internal associates (e.g. Distributor USAMs, End Customer Reporting, Service Agent Reporting & Analytics) + You will be responsible for the development and tracking of key performance indictors (e.g. Control Account tracking, ISS reconciliation, SOW reporting, etc.) + You will be responsible for business sales reporting to support the business + You will be developing and monitoring performance indicators for sales, key account tracking tools and compiling reports + You will provide insightful reporting that enables the business to respond to challenges with agility **_External Sales and Account Support_** + You will be responsible for systematic completion of daily tasks including customer billing, dispute resolutions, CDD approvals, Customer Master Maintenance, Onboarding and Scope of Works maintenance + You will be responsible for the provision of efficient and comprehensive back-office sales support to the Sales Leaders + You will provide insightful End Customer reporting that enables Sales Leaders to respond to challenges with agility + You will be responsible for the development and publishing of effective customer centric reports. + You will assist with account management including account reviews through provision of customer purchase reports, analysis of trends and contribution of information for presentation materials for customer meetings, reviews and RFPs **_Process Improvement_** + You will be responsible for process re-engineering and implementation - review of all key Sales Processes with view to streamline and automate where applicable, improve ease of access of information by Sales Team across GDT ANZ (Distribution business and GYFleet) + You will develop and implement efficient business processes/practices, consistent with Goodyear policies and procedures to deliver accurate information. + You will provide support and guidance to Sales Leaders when needed. + You will optimize or redesign process flows to meet changing market or business environment **Job Requirements:** + You must have Bachelor’s degree in Business, or any related discipline. + You must have 3+ years of work experience in business planning, business analysis, reporting, analytics, or business intelligence. + You possess analytical acumen with demonstrated knowledge of best practices in business reporting and support. + You are sales and customer-focused with a service-oriented mindset. + You have the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at multiple levels, both internally and externally. + You are capable of working autonomously and as part of a team. + You have intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with reporting platforms (e.g., SAP BW, Cognos, etc.). + You demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal). + You have advanced PC skills, including MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + You are action-oriented and results-driven. + You have the analytical ability and agility to assess situations and implement relevant solutions. + You are able to operate autonomously and work effectively and collaboratively within a team. + You have strong stakeholder management skills. + You exhibit attention to detail, analytical ability, numerical reasoning, a customer-focused approach, the ability to multi-task, and strong time management skills. **\#LI-Hybrid** Goodyear is one of the world's largest tire companies.
