Power-Flo Technologies New England is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our CT team. You will impact the company's operations and organization by providing exceptional customer service. As the Sales Support Administrator, you will help facilitate the sales of automation, sensing, and electric heating products.

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:

Generating proposalsEntering and processing sales ordersMaintaining and updating sales and customer recordsAnswering customer questions regarding order statusProcessing returnsAssisting with pricing administration

Qualifications:

Inside sales/Customer service experienceExceptional interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to multi-task, must be strong with details and possess strong organizational skills.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word and Excel Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting, in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem solving and reconciliation skills necessaryEpicor Solar Eclipse knowledge a plusValid and clean NYS driver's license
