Our client, a real estate services company, is looking to hire a Temporary Sales Support Administrator. The position is fully remote.

Role sits withing the Customer Contact Center & Engagement team.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage a dynamic caseload of 375-600 clients with precision and careConvert leads into sales by building trust, solving problems, and staying engaged throughout the transaction lifecycleEducate customers on program benefits and reward eligibilityAct as a strategic liaison between customers and real estate agentsHandle a high volume of calls, emails, and texts with professionalism and urgencyDrive cross-selling opportunities for ancillary servicesMeet and exceed performance metrics for enrollments, referrals, closings, and satisfactionUse a modern tech stack to manage workflows, communications, and reportingProactively follow-up with customers at key milestones to ensure a seamless experienceHandle escalations with confidence and empathy

Qualifications:

2+ years of business experience preferredHigh school diploma required; some college preferredReal estate knowledge or experience is a plusBilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantageExperience in customer service, sales, or call centers preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsConsistent, reliable attendance and punctuality
