Sales Operations / Sales Administration Analyst
We are looking for a Sales Operations / Sales Administration Analyst to support our sales teams through effective sales administration, coordination, and reporting activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate data management, and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
Support sales teams by administering sales processes and handling sales transactions.
Assist with the administration and planning of sales contracts according to agreed specifications.
Collect and analyze customer and sales data to support lead identification, qualification, and quotation preparation.
Prepare standard commercial documentation, including sales contracts and maintenance agreements.
Respond to customer and internal queries related to stock availability, order status, deliveries, and pricing updates.
Follow up on orders and resolve issues related to deliveries or documentation.
Gather post-sales feedback and prepare reports related to customer satisfaction, complaints, and service performance.
Prepare reports and sales statistics to support business reviews and sales performance analysis.
Update sales price tables and support sales efficiency tracking.
Provide support for pre-sales and after-sales activities.
Required Profile
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Up to 2 years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or a related role.
Knowledge of sales processes, customer service, and contract documentation.
Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and support cross-functional collaboration.
