**Sales Support:** Support the Philips Personal Health business by providing essential sales and operational support to our Account Management team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of commercial activities and collaboration between internal teams and external customers. **Your role:** * Provide day-to-day support to the Account Managers, assisting with sales processes, reporting, and follow-up activities. * Manage and track sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing across multiple clients. * Prepare and analyze reports on sell-in and sell-out data to support business decisions. * Coordinate commercial actions, follow up on results, and provide insights to the sales team. * Act as the main point of contact between internal departments (such as logistics, finance, and marketing) and the Account Managers to ensure alignment and smooth operations. **You’re the right fit if:** * You have a Bachelor’s degree or are an student in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. * You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar sales support or commercial role, preferably working closely with sales teams or client accounts. * You are proficient in Excel and possess strong analytical and organizational skills. * You are proactive, detail-oriented, and able to set priorities while supporting multiple stakeholders. * Experience with SAP is a plus. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
