Description We are looking for a meticulous Sales Support team member to join our team in St. Louis, Missouri. This is a Contract-to-Permanent position where you will play a pivotal role in assisting sales operations and ensuring smooth post-sale processes. Requirements • Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field. • Strong proficiency in managing inbound and outbound sales activities. • Familiarity with order entry systems and processes. • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to handle post-sales support, including issue resolution and customer follow-up. • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience with sales metrics analysis and reporting. • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and solving challenges.
