Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative in the manufacturing industry to join our team in Compton, California. In this Contract-to-permanent role, you will play a key part in ensuring customer satisfaction by managing service operations, providing exceptional support, and utilizing your analytical skills to optimize processes. This position requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs. Responsibilities: • Manage customer service operations, ensuring timely and effective resolution of inquiries and issues. • Provide support to customers by addressing their needs and offering tailored solutions. • Use analytical skills to evaluate service processes and recommend improvements for efficiency. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery. • Prioritize and manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines and maintain customer satisfaction. • Handle inbound calls, process orders, and assist customers with billing-related questions. • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track customer interactions and maintain accurate records. • Support the sales team by preparing quotes and proposals using CPQ tools. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with company standards and customer requirements. • Assist in maintaining knowledge of industry-specific regulations and quality standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role. • Strong customer interaction and support skills, with a focus on satisfaction. • Proficient in using CRM, ERP systems, and CPQ tools. • Excellent analytical skills to identify and solve problems effectively. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong communication skills for collaborating with customers and internal teams. • Familiarity with billing functions and auditing processes. • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
