Description We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Greenville, South Carolina. This Contract-to-permanent position is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to contribute to sales operations in a dynamic plastics manufacturing environment. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting in the preparation of client-facing materials.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to sales and management teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate and organize sales-related events, meetings, and projects to drive business development efforts.
• Prepare and customize presentations and proposals for prospective clients, tailoring them to specific business needs.
• Maintain and update sales reports, dashboards, and prospective client databases to ensure accurate information.
• Assist in managing CRM and ERP systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
• Handle inbound calls professionally, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Audit and process billing information, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
• Generate and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance sales processes and customer experience. Requirements • Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems, with experience in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience with financial services tools such as ADP and billing functions.
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in auditing and reporting tasks.
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support sales strategies.
• Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is preferred.
• Familiarity with plastics manufacturing or similar industries is an advantage. TalentMatch®
