Description We are looking for a dedicated Sales Support specialist to join our team in Rochester, New York. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to contribute to key financial services initiatives while supporting sales operations. Responsibilities: • Collaborate with sales teams to streamline operations and ensure efficient handling of customer inquiries and orders. • Manage and maintain CRM systems to track leads, customer interactions, and sales performance. • Provide expertise in ERP solutions to support financial processes and enterprise resource planning. • Handle inbound calls and address customer needs in a thorough and timely manner. • Assist with auditing and billing functions to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Generate quotes using Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools and ensure alignment with customer requirements. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve issues and provide updates. • Support the implementation of financial services tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency. • Monitor sales data and prepare reports to support decision-making and strategy development. • Uphold high standards of customer service and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders. Requirements • Proven experience in financial services and sales support roles. • Proficiency with ERP solutions and enterprise resource planning systems. • Strong knowledge of CRM tools and their application in sales operations. • Hands-on experience with Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Ability to handle inbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. • Familiarity with auditing and billing processes. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
