Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team on a contract basis in New York, New York. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination between sales teams and various business systems. Responsibilities: • Provide exceptional support to the sales team by managing order processing and ensuring accurate data entry. • Assist in configuring price quotes (CPQ) to meet client requirements and align with financial services protocols. • Collaborate with customer relationship management (CRM) systems to maintain and update client information. • Utilize enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions to streamline billing and auditing processes. • Respond promptly to inbound calls, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with internal standards and financial regulations. • Facilitate billing functions by verifying transactions and ensuring timely invoicing. • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to ensure smooth business operations. • Provide training and support for sales tools and systems to enhance team performance. Requirements • Proven experience in financial services or sales support roles. • Proficiency in Configure Price Quote (CPQ) systems and processes. • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and their application in sales operations. • Familiarity with ERP solutions and enterprise resource planning systems. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and resolve issues promptly. • Detail-oriented with experience in auditing and billing functions. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
