Description We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support specialist to join our team in Redondo Beach, California. In this Contract-to-Permanent position, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth sales operations and maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset to a dynamic wholesale distribution environment. Responsibilities: • Process and review purchase orders and sales orders with precision and efficiency. • Submit item setup data and related documentation to customers in an organized and timely manner. • Verify the accuracy of website copy sheets and product images to ensure consistency. • Assist with general data entry tasks, utilizing tools such as Excel and Word. • Communicate effectively with team members and customers to address inquiries and resolve issues. • Maintain detailed and organized records of sales and customer data. • Support the team in multitasking responsibilities to meet deadlines and deliver results. • Proactively identify areas for improvement in processes and recommend solutions. Requirements • Proficiency in data entry and typing, with experience in Excel and Word. • Outstanding written communication skills with attention to grammar and detail. • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. • Dependable and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to take direction. • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Experience with CRM, ERP systems, and Configure Price Quote (CPQ) tools is a plus. • Knowledge of financial services tools such as ADP and billing functions is preferred. • Capable of auditing and ensuring accuracy in documentation.
