Sales Support, Clinical Solution Consultant - Point of Care Ultrasound (Midwest)

As a Clinical Solution Consultant (CSC), for Point of Care, (POC), you are the clinical expert and liaison to our Business. Working closely with a strong team of Account Managers, you will be instrumental in multiple phases of the sales, implementation, and relationship development process.
**Your role:**
+ Assist sales in meeting their assigned annual quota for equipment and revenue by working closely with Account Managers to develop and execute a winning strategies.
+ Provide pre-sale and post-sale product support to customers with follow up maintenance for the entire POC Ultrasound Product portfolio.
+ Work directly with POC Ultrasound Account Manager(s) to schedule and perform product demonstrations, as required to support assigned territory and assist as needed in other territories .
+ Exhibit superior technical, clinical, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
**You're the right fit if:**
+ You’ve acquired 2+ years of clinical experience as a sonographer including teaching experience. One ARDMS or CCI registry required (RDCS, RCS, RVT, RVS, and/or RDMS) with a strong preference for cardiac experience. Vascular experience preferred.
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent ultrasound experience.
+ You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.
**How we work together**
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
This is a field role. Must be willing to travel to customer sites including occasional over nights. ~80%+ travel.
This role covers: Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

**Philips Transparency Details**
Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $132,000 to $139,000 annually, plus company fleet/car. Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance.
Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more. Details about our benefits can be found here.
