Sales Supervisor - Riyadh - KSA

Part of the Saudi Sales Team, the Sales Supervisor role is responsible for developing COTY business across Retail Stores and Duty Paid stores in the Central Region. The role requires managing a team of Beauty Advisors (BAs) and managing the day-to-day Sell-out at the assigned stores.

Key responsibilities

Financial & Commercial Management

• Be the driving force in increasing the sales performance of COTY Sell-out.

• Execute strategies and plans in line with the local deployment to ensure sales and market share targets are met.

• Achieve monthly sellout and Market Share targets

• Full responsibility of store fundamentals (visibility, availability/ordering, aging stocks, inventory rotation, etc.)

• Build strong business relationship with store managers and staff Team & People Leadership

• Manage and lead a team of Beauty Advisors across retail & Duty Paid stores. 

• Ability to coach, train, motivate, support and maximize output of the Beauty Advisors.

• Sharing the passion for beauty market and COTY brands, to the customers and the BA team

• Track the individual performance of each BA in a constructive manner

• Ensure the Team of BAs fulfills their key responsibilities and achieve their Targets.

Communication & Analytics

• Report field activities, BAs & product performance as well as competitions activities

• Ability to identify and communicate the required plans needed to deliver the Targets.

• Ability to prepare presentations and conduct business reviews/analysis.

• Good analytical skills and use of data in the day-to-day operation.

• Good communication skills (English & Arabic) with growth mindset.

Candidate Profile Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in field sales or key account supervision within the Beauty industry.

• Strong knowledge of the Saudi Arabia retail landscape (modern trade and local perfumeries).

• Proficient computer skills (including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite)

Skills & Competencies 

• Commercially savvy with strong financial acumen and detailed analytical skills. 

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills. In both Arabic & English

• Strong experience with selling 

• Proactive, agile, and solution-oriented mindset.

• Team player

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
