• 阶段销售目标的落实
• 制定区域内的销售推广计划并组织实施
• 日常客户拜访,提高店内活动的生动化水平及店内推广人员的日常管理
• 与重点客户建立良好关系,维护公司及品牌形象
• 负责GT渠道团队建设、人员培训,提升GT人员专业技能
需求:
• 5年以上经销商及区域重点客户管理经验;
• 熟悉GT管理流程,具备渠道管理以及执行经验,可以快速建立和客户的和谐关系,高效满足客户需求,对客户购买决策施加影响力;
• 拥抱新零售趋势,自我驱动学习新零售的理论和工具,并可以将新零售工具运用于实际工作中;
