Main Responsibilities:
Assist and report to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to manage and oversee the daily store operationsSupervise, ensure, and manage a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and build client relationshipsIdentifies and handle client enquiries, concerns, and complaintsEnsures store presentation is consistent with our brand imageSupervise general housekeeping and cleaning duties including performing such duties, if necessaryCoordinates with the team on the execution of sales plans and store eventsManage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets establishedEnsures proper security measures are enforcedMonitors and assists sales staff development by providing on-the-job training, product training, etc.Communicate timely with both internal and external parties. Which includes, emails, text messages and phone calls.Be a mentor to assistant sales supervisors and guide them where requiredAlways maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional conductPerform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Store Manager and/or Operations Team
Requirements & Capabilities:
Passion in retail industryTech savvy and good with IT/digital technologyFluent in English and other spoken, written languages a plusMust be a good team player pleasant service oriented and self-motivatedStrong team building interpersonal and communication skillsHands on computer knowledge of MS Office
