**Job Summary:** The Manager, Sales Strategy & Analytics is responsible for … **Duties and Responsibilities:** + High level of focus on top CMU customers + Support the planning and development of strategic projects relating to the growth initiatives + Provide project management support, and objective analysis and decision support on special projects + Act as liaison for relevant critical initiatives, and help develop and measure implementation plans to ensure the right level of focus and accountability (direct BT contact) + Provide strategic insights and customized analytics to support the sales teams (National and Local levels) + Data maintenance & Reporting Requests **Education Required:** Bachelor’s Degree or Higher **Experience Preferred:** 5+ Years in similar role **Technical Skills and Abilities:** + Solid analytical problem-solving skills, including familiarity with analyzing reports & deriving insights from data. + Advanced knowledge in Excel and data manipulation. + Learn quickly when facing new challenges; thrive in a fast-paced environment. + Flexible; readily accepts change; open to new ideas. + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with internal and external teams. + Excellent organizational and project management skills including the ability to execute multiple initiatives at the same time. + Proactive, self-directed, with the ability to structure a weekly schedule to be successful. **Language Requirements:** English **Physical Demands:** Reasonable accommodations will be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this job.
