Responsibilities The Opportunity: This role will be responsible for the design, transition and service delivery of all Commercial Sales Capabilities and processes across a number of Global Capabilities (focus on LATAM Sector). This role will work very closely with Sales Function and GCC Capabilities to enable accurate design, precise transitions and establish a culture of on-going optimization and service delivery scores. This role will also support the Standardization & Transformation of key Commercial Processes through working with multiple stakeholders within the business as well as as the Ecosystem team in Hubs to develop advantage Commercial Capabilities. Your Impact: As Sales Sr Project Manager your functions would consist of • Lead LATAM (global when needed) Sales through all stages of GCC projects and provide updates including on Planning, market engagement, resource mobilizations, Design, Due Diligence, Transitions, and Go Live Stabilization. • Enable and facilitate the communication, planning and execution of all the work and transitions between the BU, GCCs and central PMO team. • Support relationships with Sector, other GCC function teams, ensuring alignment to business case goals and timelines. • Coordinate work with Change Management team and Communication team across both GCCs and the Business. • Lead in analytics work and serve as the point-person, delivering powerful insights for strategic decisions. • Demonstrate strong leadership and influence skills, including the ability to challenge the status quo particularly in stages of identifying GCC opportunities and Design. • Accurate and timely generation of management reporting and dashboards for performance analysis and report performance to key stakeholders. • Build GCC project deliverables in partnership with project leaders. • Provide thought leadership to overcome issues and challenges as they arise and identify common themes which will need to be addressed as part of ongoing total process. • People leader with strong management and motivational skills. • Well versed and experience with customer selling, commercial processes or operations groups. • Excellent technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner. • Ability to influence peers & senior commercial executives through sound analysis and relevant story telling; create and maintain relationships across multiple stakeholders – often more senior Self-starter mindset with the ability to “manage up”. • Passions for Consumer-Packaged Goods and brands. • Global outlook with sensitivity and awareness of social and cultural differences. • Ability to travel 25%-30% of time. Qualifications Who Are We Looking For?
