To Prepare proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. Works on the basis of a predefined sales plan.
As a Sales Specialist – Proposal Analyst, you will also be responsible for:
Finance Risk Review & Approval Governance: lead the finance risk review process for all MENATI-region deals in close coordination with commercial, finance, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Assess key financial risk elements including CAPEX exposure, customer credit rating, bank guarantee requirements, revenue recognition implications, billing risks, and finance‑related contractual articles.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial risk summaries to Region FP&A CFO and the Delegation of Authority (DOA) reviewers to secure the appropriate approval level based on the prevailing risk profile of each deal.
• Ensure all financial risk considerations are documented, justified, and aligned with internal governance standards before deal submission.
• Act as the focal point for clarifications, follow‑ups, and alignment between commercial teams and finance approvers to enable timely decision-making and approvals before deal submission.
Experience in Pre-Tender Engagement & Opportunity Management, Proposal Development & Bid Coordination, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance, Documentation & Time Management and Contract Finalization & Client Alignment.

To be successful in this role you will:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 3 years of experience in Sales/Finance). Within this experience minimum of 1 years of experience in Proposals.Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously. Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data validation), PowerPoint (executive‑ready presentations), and Word (structured document formatting).Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
