Job Description

At Thermo Fisher Scientific, we offer a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Specialist HighPlex to work in Norway, focusing on both academia and industry. You will be part of a world-class team dedicated to providing innovative solutions and building long-term partnerships with high-level customers!

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage relationships with new and existing customers in academia (e.g., clinicians, professors) and industry (e.g., pharma, biotech).Identify customer needs and present tailored solutions to achieve both short-term and long-term sales objectives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure great execution of sales strategies.Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

RequirementsProven track record in sales within the life sciences sector.Strong understanding of the scientific research environment and customer needs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of an ambitious team.Willingness to travel within Norway and as required.Proficiency in English (required) and Norwegian (strongly preferred).Willing to travel over 5% of the time (minimum 3 days/week).
