Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree preferred  Three to five years of sales and/or sales management experience  Minimum of two years of sales experience, with preferred assisted living experience  This role requires a valid driver’s license and a good driving record as a condition of employment. Associates must comply with all state and federal driving regulations Associates in roles requiring driving are responsible for maintaining a valid and active driver’s license. Failure to maintain a valid license may result in reassignment, suspension, or termination in accordance with company policies and applicable laws Own transportation required  Ability to travel overnight extensively  Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) 

What you'll be doing: 

Assume external/internal Ambassador position in vacant sales roles, areas of emphasis, and newly opened markets in the assigned region, under the Vice President of Sales' direction  Develop relationships with qualified referral sources, conduct tours, and close sales  Provide direct selling support to improve sales performance and meet community’s expectations  Train Community Ambassadors and Family Ambassadors to boost census  Implement sales and marketing programs as directed by Regional Director of Sales and Marketing
