Partner with operations teams to resolve inbound challenges and maintain smooth supply chain processes
Lead resolution of escalations related to catalog, inventory, operations, and payments
Execute brand participation in strategic Amazon programs and initiatives

A day in the life
In this role, you'll start your day reviewing key metrics across your brand portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement. You'll connect with brand partners to discuss their business performance and collaborate on growth strategies.
